Megan has worked in the organ transplant and donation field for close to 2 decades. She started her career as a procurement transplant coordinator at One Legacy in Los Angeles and worked there for 2 years before moving to UCLA as an on-call coordinator. Megan was an on-call coordinator for 11 years, taking 24/7 call for abdominal organs. In 2017, she moved to USC to develop, implement, and run their on call team for all solid organ programs. Megan was promoted to Clinical Director of Operations in 2021. She joined Cedar-Sinai as the Associate Director of Abdominal Transplant in 2023 where she oversees kidney, pancreas and liver transplant, along with the hepatology and hepatobiliary programs. Megan received her BSN from Azusa Pacific and her MSN and Acute Care NP degree from Vanderbilt University.
