Laura holds a BSN from APSU (1996), an MSN from Belmont (1999), and an MMHC from Vanderbilt University (2011).She began her career in transplant at Vanderbilt in 2001 as an NP in the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant Program. She has held diverse roles, including clinician, quality and regulatory leader, consultant, and transplant administrator. She currently serves on the OPTN Board of Directors, the OPTN Living Donor Committee, and the OPTN NOOC. She is also a past Chair of the AST's TxAQM COP.
