Christine Palms is the Senior Vice President of Tertiary Services and Planning at Virtua Health, where she provides executive leadership, strategic development, and oversight for advanced care services across the health system. She works closely with hospital and service line leadership to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives that position Virtua Health as a regional leader in advanced medical and surgical care.
With a strong background in both clinical and administrative roles, Palms recently served as Vice President of Transplant and Organ Health Services at Virtua and has held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry. She earned undergraduate degrees in Nursing from Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center and Biology from Rutgers University. She also holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Community Health and Health Administration from New Jersey City University.
Palms is deeply committed to expanding healthcare accessibility, improving care quality, and driving better patient outcomes. She has served on the Transplant Advisory Committee for the National Kidney Foundation and the planning committee for the National Transplant Management Forum. She currently serves as a board member for Surgicare of Central Jersey. Outside of work, Palms enjoys traveling, fishing, reading, and indulging in monthly spa days.
